It is a common knowledge that physical exercises increase serotonin and boosts the body’s endorphin levels as well as improves sleeping patterns. Physical therapy has also demonstrated a positive impact on patients with mental illnesses. Specifically table tennis is known for the positive health benefits it has on people for their bodies and minds.
More importantly, children really enjoy playing table tennis with the head coach Aliaxandra Sipatch, table tennis federation secretary general Dmitry Tsykunov and main judge Ihar Skrypko who turned a practical table tennis class into a challenging yet playful activity for the children participating in the project.
